I found a brand new B5 in Switzerland on http://www.elite-zuzwil.ch. Black/black, no sat nav.

2 year warranty and a steep CHF 109,000, although I'm sure you can bring this down: the shop has 29 RS4s on stock and another 24 RS6s.
