Who cares !

If you can justify the $$ for a RS4, you normally dont care about fuel economy. Its not what the car is about. If its fuel economy you want, buy a TDi. Mind you, some of those are getting damm fast these days.

MTM and stock, my experience is no difference in normal driving. My MTM-chipped, at 100 km/h steady takes about 9.7 l/100km -very good considering the mass and power IMO.

You can say it doesn't matter how much it consumes, but it is nice it doesn't swallow fuel at a crazy rate unless you're giving it some boost.
