Finally, my RS4 B7 has arrived. Plug and play on the 01E gearbox. 40/60 fixed power distribution and 65/35 & 15/85 when needed.

ISPs get blacklisted all the time, it's not at all uncommon. It's hard to get your IP off a blacklist if there's a known spammer within your IP block. Certainly not the sign of a "shitty site".
