RS4 Exhaust Camshaft replace

Hi friends..I have to change my Exhaust camshafts due to be very worn...I saw over internet that the RS4 Exhaust camshaft are the same of a lot of other Audi models, like A6 2.7TT, AllRoad, and some VW models like Passat 2.8 V6 30v...Can anyone tell me if its proceed? I'm having to look for other compatible model since here in Brazil, Audi tear us with a knife when the subject is replacement parts...lol...Thanks a lot. Eduardo
