I found a thread about gutting the precats, but was a little worried about having to do something to the o2 sensors.. anyone got any more info? The new engine will be getting new oil seals, and a complete set of camchains and tensioners seeeing as that is an engine out job.. other than that i'm tryi...

cheers, they are all a little expensive to make it worthwhile.. looking for something around 2k.. i've seen good engines go for less than this so I guess I just need to be patient..

Hey All, In my search for an engine for my s4 4.2 i've come across one site which claims the following engine codes will all fit but i'm not convinced. Any experts care to shed some light for me? wouldn't all the .de stuff be left hand drive? or doesn't this affect the trim?
