If I was to go for a set of Pirellis do I want the Rossos (£217 on Blackcircles) or the Asimmetricos (£231)? What's the difference?

As I say mine is Pilkington and is identical to OEM. I really don't think it's worth making a fuss over.

I had a new screen a month or so back. Apparently the OEM screens are Pilkington, that's what I got and it's fine.

Make sure you tell them if you have the rain sensor.
