I suggest meeting the said AMG on the road.... I'm sure you'll destroy it on the road. I've met most of the AMG's on the open roads here in Japan and there's no competition. They back off pretty quick. AMG are notorious for 'extra' tuning their road cars for magazine tests too.

no that I'll ever claim to know a hell of a lot I have had turbo hose failure in the RS. Was after I changed my dump valves to Forge. Noticed a huge drop in power but no change in engine/turbo noise. So going from that narrow piece in info to me sounds like it's posibly a problem with a turbo itself...

Paul- I have the same thing. When starting from cold the engine makes a noise for about a second that I can only explain as not normal. I've asked Audi about it and they said it's nothing to worry about...whatever that means.

If anyone can add any colour to this point I'd appreciate hearing too.

Hello my first post on new site.

I've had alternator problems as some know. I intend to send the US$550 bill to the Swiss dealer who sold me my RS, and assume that they will in turn bill Audi. Does anyone know how long the global warranty is valid for?
