Thanks. It has happened maybe 4 or 5 times in the last 3 months. It was suggested it might be the torque converter?

My RS6 seems like a slipping on the auto box. On the odd occasion when I put my foot down to about 3/4 pedal from approx 1/4 pedal, the revs rise as they should.
