Do you want to alter the current Instrument Cluster or replace it with another one?

Your dealer should be able to supply properly cut keys based on the VIN, they will also be able to code them.

BTW: You may want to refrain from using the term "stealer", it is neither fair nor will it help you getting answers.

Please post an Auto-Scan from the vehicle in question, right now it's mostly blind guessing on which model and settings you have.

Wouldn't count on the "definitly"...

Some codings are checked for plausibility and then rejected because they are "senseless". In your case, having the bit for the confirmation ticked without an actual anti-theft system being installed is a proper reason for a rejection.

Try an output test, but you most likely don't even have that siren. See your other post for details.

According to the original coding your car has no anti-theft system to begin with, therefor you cannot enable the confirmation tone.

Lets start with some more information on the car itself, please post a complete Auto-Scan from the vehicle in question. This will allow us (even without fault codes) to take a closer look which components are installed and which control modules you have there (i.e. part numbers and such).

No problem here accessing it from Germany (via 2 different DSL providers as well as 3G).
