Apparently it gets expensive when the hard lines have to be replaced (mine had corroded and burst) because lots of stuff has to come off the car e.g. fuel tank.

I took out a warranty with Warranty Direct. For mine I had to pay for an inspection before the warranty started, which apparently means that the "pre-existing conditions" bit doesn't apply because if it was already there they would have noticed it when inspecting. Haven't had to call on it yet thoug...

Have to give Swindon Audi credit too. Had a brake light bulb go at the weekend while staying with the in-laws, and they fitted a new one FOC.
