High Mileage RS4's how much is too much
Looking at picking up a modern classic with a budget of low teens. This end of the Market tends to get you an Avant with around 140k miles or a saloon with around 100k miles. There is a particular avant which has had a comprehensive list of maintenance and preventative work done (flap delete, Bilste...

Re: AUC RS6 and finance
Thanks for the replies Did my finance through Halifax as an existing customer, only 2k deposit on 51k sale price, GFV of 19k but end of agreement payment of 12k so margin built in and payments are £200+ a month less than Audi could do with better GFV and EOAS. 4.1% APR IIRC Sent from my iPad using T...

AUC RS6 and finance
Looking for some info if possible, I'm considering moving into an RS6 from the used approved market. I think new is outwith budget hence looking at used, 50-60k car would be the budget. PCP finance is the preferred route with a small deposit ie around £5k. Would like to go car hunting armed with som...

I was in there the day after, friday. How did you get on in dealing with them ?
What kind of discount did they offer on a car they had in stock ?

Re: New RS4 Dealer/Broker discount ?
Various dealers came back with similar disc. the average was 10/11% off a basic car. (5-6k) Works out circa £645 a month (3.5k deposit) over 4 yrs for a base car. I don't want to pay that much for a basic car. I'll do a bit more shopping about but seems this is what you pay with a low end deposit, I...

New RS4 Dealer/Broker discount ?
Exploring all avenues in moving on from my current S5 and I've came across the current RS4 pcp deal (4.9%apr). For it to become an affordable option I would need a reasonble discount from list, I don't want to have to pump circa 8k deposit into the deal. Orange wheels are just under 10%, I'm waiting...

You still get the odd RS4 WELL over priced like this one, must be 4/5k at least ???? http://usedcars.audi.co.uk/carview.aspx?id=600416197¢reid=18642 But not a year ago this car was commanding high 30's!, and with demand exceeding supply you will see this happening more and more as the RS4 and c...

Never get people wanting to race me :( Im always there first :) 1. You're Gardener thought it was a DIEsel 2. You have a Gar...

RE: Re: RE: Re: well spec
The trade in price offered for my A4 would have been better being paid in the form of a bottle of Irn Bru and a packet of Monster Munch !!
I believe the car has now been sold.............not too me funnily enough.

RE: Re: well spec
I do like the colour, I always loved the Nogaro Blue S3 S4 etc. (I know this is Sprint Blue which is basically an updated version of noggy). So yes it's a very attractive car from colour to spec and especially price. Now who wants a 170ps s-line DIEsel I see this the only stumbling block in doing a ...

RE: Re: well spec
I've had it confirmed that it has the tech pack meaning it has adaptive lights even though they're not listed. Doesn't have the centre armrest but can be retro fitted. No mention of the remote boot pop (which I currently have on my s-line (£30 option iirc) and comes in very useful while struggling w...

RE: Re: well spec
:D I do like the avant but you pay a premium for it. Answers to a few Q's I had, I held back on the dredded DRC question ! The vehicle has had one private owner, the car has been supplied and serviced by ourselves last serviced at 15366 miles 23/10/07 and would be serviced prior to delivery to the n...
