Re: S4 stolen
Don't rate my chances. Probably broken into small parts already. The police haven't even found it on CCTV yet.

Re: S4 stolen
It was useless to US as the car didn't have the plasic key to get into it. Lincoln Audi forgot to mention that when the sold it.GrahamS4 wrote:Sounds daft I know but I have read people keep the key in the adapter thinking it is meant to go there, not realising you can start the car with it!

Re: S4 stolen
Stolen from Andover Rail station car park in Hampshire, UK. No not keyless, which as has been said didn't matter. Car was locked, both keys in my posession. It was an S-tronic so they can't slip it into neutral and push. I imagine someone had the key fob programming software and while they'd prefer ...

Re: S4 stolen
Broken glass where drivers side window was. Will have to wait for the police to have a look at the CCTV but I think it was a fair way from the camera. Wasn't a keyless car and the keys had not been stolen.GrahamS4 wrote:That's not good to hear. Any clue as to how it left? Driven, broken glass, flatbed?

S4 stolen
Bit of a shocker. My S4 (2010 Avant black) was stolen from a station carpark yesterday evening. I imagine it's in parts or a container by now but just in case beware of any offered. Was 10 plate.

RE: RS4 (4 people) V S5 (driver)
RS4 eater is a bit silly, but we pciked ours up on the first Monday they were delivered and when we passed an RS4 cab, who was waiting to come out of a petrol station the poor bloke must have got a case of whiplast as his snapped his head round to see what it was.

RE: S5 in the flesh
I took a look at an A5 but the only chance I had was first thing in the morning before the dealer opened so I couldn't take a look inside. I t was parked next to an A4 and didn't look particuarly larger but it's hard to say on a brief look.

Hmm, we specced the Bose in the TT but given that hey're offering a 10-speaker as stock, he base spec should do us fine. I saw the B&O setup in an S8 in the showroom and it looked a bit too bling for my liking. AMI I think might be an essential even though I dislile iPODs. Any extra parking aids are...

The options list is quite impressive. Audi parking system advanced (inc rear camera) is only £650 and keyless entry £499. Overall we've speced it to about £46k, whereas the TT 3.2 was coming in at £37k. but it is 100+ hp more powerfull and a full 4 seater. We've just ordered one to replace the TT. ...
