I would of thought with those sort of miles you would be able to sell it privateky for 9-10k so 8k trade in isnt that low. Have a look on autotrader and you will see alot of S3's for sale the same year and similar mileage some are even as low as 8k.

I pay £490 fully comp, all mods declared and im 29. Thats with Adrian Flux, although i also found greenlight very competative.

I replaced mine with the one from vagparts its a nice easy job mate, after two years mine needs replacing again though.

My mate has a HELIX setup with single mass flywheel. It comes with an uprated cover and uprated organic clutch plate aswell as the replacement flywheel. Its not a paddle clutch so none of that on/off business. He got it from Jabba, give them a call on 01733 211779, Nick is always been really helpful.

On the drivers side, low down on the dash next to the bonnet release catch, it doesnt have a cover so shouldnt be too hard to see as its bright pink

The coolant fault sounds like a fault one of my mates had and it was the coolant sensor.

Wow looks awesome, i would love a CSL and it would have to be in that colour, im not suprised your being challenged by the handling on greasy roads, didnt the CSL come with a disclaimer from BMW saying the tyres were advised for dry use only!
