Have you considered a bulb change for the flickering headlamp? That is symptom of failing bulb. Switch the bulbs from the left and right side and see if the flickering follows the bulb or stays with the headlamp. Then you know its the bulb or the ballast. Replace as needed. It seems a bit silly to p...
