£7500 was their own quote (will probably cost more local) but I'd say about right, used engines look to be about £5.5k, plus fluids, labour, depends if auxiliaries need to be swapped etc

The engine has remained untouched and I'm currently away but as they keep messing me around I've been told I can organise inspection with a local shop, if it's their doing then they'll have to foot the bill
