My MAF used to read 270+g/s, but recently I only got 255-260. Thought to try new MAF (as exchange unit), but it's reading even less, 250-255.
I still have the old one, should I keep it?
From what the MAF reading depends on?

I've read someone once suggested getting vacuum/boost from intake manifold right behind throttle body.
APR gauge install instructions also point to vacuum hose from IM, but the pic inside is not from 2.7T engine. Is it this one?

DV line seems to be another option.

I have connected the gauge with T-piece to FPR hose and it worked ok for a long time, but recently I noticed I'm missing couple PSIs of boost (on the gauge) - it usually holds 16-17 psi, with 19-20 spikes. Now it shows ca 13 psi, spiking to 16. Checked with VAG-COM, no fault codes and logged block 1...

Registration certificate lists 1670kg for my avant and I'm actually weighed it, exactly 1750kg with 70kg driver and half a tank of fuel.

How old is your chip and did you get the remap from the supplier direct? Can you tell just by reading block 115 that you have a boost leak?
How much the actual boost may differ from requested boost?
And if there is a difference, this can only be from leak? No other possibilities?

Did the test yesterday, 17 degrees C outside, and managed 5.92 sec with completly stock S4 Avant 2001. But I think the road was slightly downwards. Will have to find straight road and run again.
