Lower as post cat ?

Alright lads, run into an issue, looking for some help.
I have gutted the pre cats and it seams that it runs on bank one and the second is lean, tuned it with jhm but no change, any ideas ?

I have checked brake light switch and it's good, don't know about the battery, but volts are good and no issues starting
