As per title, how can I tell if a car advertised has DRC?

What’s everyone’s opinions on DRC? Is it a must have ?
Who doesn’t have it and is happy with the ride quality?

Surely it’s a straight swap over??

It won’t be a daily drive, mostly weekends.

I am looking at various cars for sale right now, I have found a decent spec but it had the round heated steering wheel and no pan roof. I think I can live without the roof but not sure about the steering wheel... can the flat bottom wheel be retrofitted??
