Decided to tackle it myself with a tub of copper grease and a long paintbrush. Slapped it on, job done, it worked!

So angry the dealer didn't even try to help the issue. In hindsight I should have tried this first, just didn't realise how simple it would be.

Annoying it seems it is covered under the 3 year manufacturers warranty but not the extended.

Not sure actually, I would doubt it as they are still working just clearly sticking / squeaking when they open / close.

Often come up on ebay very cheap, sometimes with the winters tyres. Good luck

Just for reference mine doesn't have the black pack but has the carbon pack and I've been quoted about £1000 to have the car done as per OEM black pack in peelable paint which is essentially coloured PPF so will look like paint and is very hard wearing.
