Re: Attention to all people who are having hard start issues when car is warm
Markwes, I’ve already done it on 4 cars and all working absolutely well. Cam followers should be fine as they’re not affected. Driver side pump is a little more fiddling to undo the fuel hose underneath, but with abit of spray grease its easy enough to slide the clip off the hose. Straight forward s...

They keep telling me if they stop my again that they will put Q plates on my car for the last 3 times i’ve been stopped. However I don’t know if thats po...

No point taking out car finance as apr’s are extremely high. Try taking out personal loan via few banks that offer low rate apr. I’ve done that when buying my 6, 2.9%apr through tesco bank and money was in my bank in 2-3 days. Finance companies rip you off big time

Re: Oil usage
I’ve just drove from UK to Turkey and currently done 6000km and done an oil change before I left. My oil level was 1 bar below max and now its sitting on half way. I have been doing alot of high speed driving 150-190mph time to time and I think oil consumption is quite normal. However before i came ...

Re: Warranty... views please....
I’ve also recently purchased Audi Extended Warranty, and my car is in for discs and pads replacement under warranty due to being warped. Nothing to do with the extended side of things but i’ve noticed a slight coolant leak appearing on the thermostat housing joining the water pump, so thats getting ...

Re: Air Con issues
Sounds like A/C gas pressure is below threshold and the pressure switch is cutting out the A/C. Therefore you will require an A/C recharge. First of all you’ll need to scan the car with a code reader/diagnostic machine, this will usually show a fault code relating to A/C system. Another thing to che...

Re: Horrible braking issue, warped genuine discs in 500 miles
Just had front and rear discs fitted, 3rd complete set in 3 years, totalling 35k miles. Something MRC told me, they have found that the majority of the RS6’s with warped discs, had also referbed wheels, something about the back of wheel, where it sits on the hub of the disc, being painted. MRC said...
