Re: Pollen filter Housing

Re: Pollen filter Housing
Hi Wes. If we are going down the manufacturing route would it be possible to redesign it. Basically to include a top cover ? To once and for all eliminate water ingress. If not I would still have one of these. Just to get rid of that stupid foam seal. Carbon customs uk already do a scuttle panel wi...

Re: Pollen filter Housing
I have had James look at making there’s from carbon but he’s said it will be far to expensive. I have currently got a lad I know who does 3D printing looking at/into it.

Re: Engine build and 6MT swap
I can now confirm my griddle plate with all the relevant ARP bolt’s & nuts have now arrived. All we are waiting on is the rod bearing. But I have now been assured they are on their way to us too👌🏼 IMG_8052.jpeg I just can’t wait to start putting pictures up of actual progress of the build itself. Ne...

Left hand drive (euro spec)
On announcement of myself and carbon customs making a right hand drive(UK) carbon scuttle panel and having a few people across the pond and in Europe ask for them we have decided to go ahead and make a euro spec scuttle panel mould for the C5 variant platform. Will probably also be a good time to le...

Sorry Audi, the joys of using Siri to type out my messages whilst I’m working

Well we have movement and updates so things should be progress quicker than they have been previously. I’m really hoping to have it back by the end of this year now

Re: Main (crankshaft) bearings
Good afternoon you will struggle finding bearings for the RS6 engine as they are no longer produced. You can’t even get them through Audi tradition either. There are no aftermarket options out there for us to lean on when we need them (Yet) But I am in the process of having king race bearings making...
