Sadly, this is not a surprise as dealerships aren't checking these cars correctly. My front O/S has failed twice within the first 6 weeks. I'm currently going through a rejection due to a host of problems.

Luckily for you, in the 15 weeks mine been on and off the road since 23rd December 2018 I have not had an RS car. Currently I am in a bog standard A6 with no sat nav!

Does anyone know if you get a reduced cost if you have an approved used warranty that is due to expire? Or do you need to renew online?

How did you pay for the car? If it's on finance the finance company need to make sure the car is not faulty, you could use them as leverage. 23 PSI I was told. Guess around that mark is reasonable.

Just had mine go on the O/S front shock. No oil on the floor, just under gator of shock and running 5 PSI.

Cheers Johnny, car went into Audi and confirmed front O/S shock needs replacing and DRC was at 5 psi! Worrying as the car was only in the week prior to that and was told it was fine..
