Well to be fair I've had a reasonable amount of interest in the motor, but it would seem not having Satnav is a bit of a turn off! Personally I've always bought cars based on condition and mileage... As confirmed by the last person to view my S4, it is in outstanding condition and excluding a couple...

2004 Brilliant Red B6 S4 (29,500 miles)
I am selling my 2004 S4 4.2 in Brilliant Red to fund my return to TVR ownership. I bought the car in December 2008, because I thought I needed something that was quick, surefooted and reliable. Unfortunately TVR is in my blood and I need to tinker! Spec is as follows; Full black leather Recaro inter...

One exhaust tailpipe dirtier than other...
Evening all, Have any of you noticed one tailpipe to be 'sootier' than the other? After a prolonged period without washing the car I happened to notice the nearside tailpipe of my 2004 S4 was a lot dirtier than the offside. About 2000 miles ago I disconnected the exhaust actuators, primarily because...

My local dealer suggested talking to Audi UK to see if there was any chance for a good will gesture. The guy on the end of the phone at Audi said any financial assistance would be based on the age/mileage of the car and loyalty, i.e. has it always been serviced at a main dealer, was the car purchase...

Aux rad leaking - something for the professionals?
Hi all, Has anyone attempted to change their auxilary rads themselves? My offside one has started to leak, so thought it might be something I could have a go at. I'm reasonably good with a spanner - done a few engine and gearbox swaps on old golfs etc. Audi are asking for £300+ vat for labour. Mind ...

RE: Urgent help needed!
All sorted - friendly RAC man diagnosed no.3 cylinder coil pack as dead. He had one in the van and I'm back up and running

RE: Urgent help needed!
Got the RAC coming out to take a look and will ask them to recover it to Audi. Certainly not firing on all 8 cylinders - hopefully it is just the coil packs.
Thanks for your advice

Urgent help needed!
Hi all, Hope you can help me out... The engine management light on my B6 S4 started to flash today and the engine was running particularly rough when applying any amount of throttle. I had no choice but to continue my journey (about 7 miles), albeit very sedately, and the light was then permanently ...

It cost me £580 last year at Dialynx, which included water pump; aux belt; tensioners etc and a 10,000 mile service. That's parts and labour.

RE: Dodgy S4 seller again?
This car drove past me when I was walking to work a few weeks ago (Station road, Swindon) and it did not sound at all healthy! It was like something was loose and rattling around under the bonnet
