Genuine Audi Parts... Online??
Morning All, With the current situation regarding Audi dealerships all being closed I obviously can’t get any parts from them. The issue being that I’m an ‘essential worker’ who requires an MOT on the car shortly and currently has a brake light up (IE need pads replaced). Does anyone know of any rep...

Brake Wear Sensor Part Number
Evening all,
I’m trying to track down replacement brake pad wear sensors/indicators for the RS6.
Does anyone have any experience of changing them/know what the part number would be?
Much appreciated as always.

Brake Pad Warning Lamp
Afternoon All, Recently my brake pad warning light (yellow) came on; read the manual and it says that you should take it to the dealer without delay. Phoned my dealer today and they said that there’s no rush unless it goes red - there is normally around 1500miles between yellow and red but there’s n...

Red Seatbelt Change?
I’ve had a bit of a look on the forum and online and can’t really see many options for replacing the OEM seatbelts with Audi red seatbelts.
Does anyone have any details on if this is a legitimate option aftermarket?

Re: Miltek rattle
If it's like a ticking sound when off the throttle around 1500rpm, then had it on both my 6's - assumed it was part and parcel of the Milltek. Agreed. Mine has been like this since I got the Miltek and always felt the noise didn’t warrant the work required to try remove the common rattles off throt...

Re: Potential leak on to exhaust causing a burning smell?
In the interest of closing the loop; an Audi Group engineer jacked the car up and diagnosed it as a melted plastic bag. - The residue was brown and waxy. If it was oil it would have been vaporised/flash off. - It was at the lowest point of the exhaust. - There was no oil residue up above the site - ...

Potential leak on to exhaust causing a burning smell?
Evening Gents, So I’ve had the car out for a couple of runs today - earlier I noticed a bit of a smoking type smell earlier but thought it may be brakes so didn’t think anymore about it. Out again tonight and smelt the same smokey/melting type smell (as opposed to something just being hot). Had a qu...

Carbon Mirror Covers
Morning All,
Does anyone know if:
A - There are any decent quality carbon mirror covers out there?
B - The Carbon pattern of the above is the same as the Carbon pack on the C7 RS6?
Looking at options to move away from the standard silver mirrors!
Thanks

Re: Beef with Audi UK
I’ve experienced this too.
Both times in the wet, both times on the motorway.
Apply braking pressure then the pedal drops and the brakes come on hard, destabilising the car.

Re: Miltek Race exhaust flaps
20180317_113319.jpg The spring once the cap was grinded off. The issue is the actuator is not pushing the flap down enough compaired to that little spring keeping the flap in the lock... Thanks - makes it a bit easier to see. I wonder if it’s different if you used Audi actuators versus Miltek speci...

Re: Banging/knocking when going over bumps
Both my front shocks had blown the seals, the master tech said there was no fluid left in the system which in course damaged all the other components, it got that bad as it took so long to book the car in and get all the parts, tbh probably for the better it did. I took it on the motorway today and...
