I can’t help but notice it’s only had one oil change in its 6 years/50k Miles, that can’t be good for these engines.

A little digging finds it once had a white coloured wrap, several advisories for tyres (maybe run on a shoestring)? missing wheel bolt. Did you buy it in the end?

I think this has been serviced by Audi Specialist QST in Haywards Heath who are also partners with MTM so it might be worth giving them a call to see what work was carried out.
