Re: Taking RS6 to continent this summer
Be very careful regarding speeding on the French autoroutes. I was en route to Italy 3 weeks ago on a sunday evening, and they clocked me at 138mph! I got an immediate 720 Euro fine and a 3 month driving ban in france. They wouldn't let me drive the car, so I had to arrange for a driver to drive my ...

Re: Exhaust valves
Thanks Mike.

Exhaust valves
Hi
Is it possible to disconnect the exhaust valves/flaps so that they are always open?
I had an XKR a couple of years back and it was simply a case of pulling fuse 11.
Any help appreciated!

Front number plate surround removal
Struggling with this one!
Removed the front plate and then unscrewed the 2 torx screws holding the surround, but the surround still seems to be stuck hard to the front grille.
Is there also a back fixing, or is it just a case of giving it a good yank....!
Cheers!

Ok, first question...
How do you reset the trip?
I don’t mean the long and short term on board computer, but the simple trip which is above the total mileage at the bottom of the display....

For some reason it has the black optics pack, but arrived with alu mirrors, when I thought they defaulted to black if you spec the black optics pack! It also has the park assist where it steers into...

Hi from new owner...
Just saying hi, as I picked up a new RS6 on Thursday. Nardo, with dynamic pack, heads up,Black optics, parking pack. Traded in my 2015 M6 with competition pack as I was sick of the flashing yellow light on the dash. Not driven the new car much due to the conditions, but so far I’m really pleased with ...
