So dropped the car off yesterday morning and they completed all the work for the recall. Only took them 8hrs [emoji2959]. Went to work this morning and when I got home today I had the official letter from Audi saying book your car in. It’ll only take 2 hours to do. What a joke Sent from my iPhone us...

So got the call from Audi yesterday that the parts to finish the job are now here. Booked in again for Monday. Let’s hope they get it sorted.

Gets better. My car does need the work doing however the bolts needed to complete the repair are on back order from Audi in Germany and no date at the moment for delivery [emoji2357]. I’ll be dropping my car off at 0900 today and the 1st thing I’m going to say is that if you can’t compete the work in one day either give me a loan car or rebook. As they did say at booking it’s not even a full day job. Will let you all know. PS. Il. Be looking forward to the health check video too ...

Hi all. Just seen a couple of posts on FB about a recall on the B7. Something to do with the passenger air bag. Just went onto the check MOT web site and it’s come up for my car. Will be calling my local Audi dealer in the morning

I had the same issue with both front lower blades. I had a guy split them and removed all the rusted metal. Sprayed up and reinstalled and that worked out well. Looking at the car now you’d never know.

I do something leave the car sat for a few days and it would start fine. I used to use it to and from work 5 days a week plus school drop off it wouldn’t normally get used over the weekend.
