Only just managed to get the car read properly it showing up fault code p2190-008 bank 2 system too rich at idol

The codes that I got on my reader was 006435

Thanks do you have an idea on what fault code it would throw if this was the issue as i cannot seem to figure out what the fault code it shows means

Wondering if anyone has come across this before. The car starts perfectly from cold but once its been run for around 30 minutes and left when i come to start it when its still warm its very sluggish and smells strongly of fuel it does eventually start but take 3-4 attempts before it eventually fires...
