what engine was yours designed to fit ? i was thinking about getting a kit for a 3.0tdi quattro

would a 2006 a4 b7 3.0tdi coilover kit fit on a rs4 physically ?
i understand it may not be upto the job due to the weight of the v8 engine being more than a 3.0tdi engine, but wondering if they are basically the same just the rs4 will have stiffer springs basically, is this correct ?

i knew of all the faults before i bought it, fixed most of them already, just got the suspension knock to pinpoint. i already budgeted for a coilover kit fitted before i bought it, but want to make sure its not something else which may be common on these before i buy the coilovers or just sell as is...

I got it very cheap. Only needed a vacuum selonoid for the edc light to extinguish.
If I've got to put new suspension on it I will still make at least a grand profit.

has anyone got any pictures of the steering rack bolts that i need to check ? also of the subframe bolts ?
i want to jack it up tomorrow and check for loose bolts.

Well I tried the Wynns egr cleaner and we'll zero happened. As soon as if removed the hose from the maf the engine stalled so the wife had to hold it around 3000rpm, I sprayed it in in short bursts to begin with then longer sprays but absolutely nothing happened, the engine didn't even change note. ...
