Re: For Sale: B7 RS4 Saloon
I’m based in Tunbridge Wells, Kent. No work done to rads or oil lines, so like the clutch and DRC it will need it as some point, but no problems with any of those at the moment. This is reflected in the price. Regards the de flap, the spindles were left in, so no remap done, there are no error codes...

For Sale: B7 RS4 Saloon
Hi, Looking to sell my Sprint Blue RS4 Saloon, owned for 3 years, but due to working from home (thanks Covid) it's no longer getting enough use, only 300 miles in the last year. Specialist maintained during my ownership, just had a fresh service and MoT. Cat D car, looks to me that the front wings a...

Running rich/Low AFRs
An emissions test has shown my RS4 to be running rich at idle and 2500rpm, lambas of 0.75 and 0.79, which I think is AFR 11.8:1. Car is unmodified, on 82k miles, not been carbon cleaned. Recently serviced, no error codes at all, other than sooty tail pipes its got no other symptoms. Any suggestions ...

Re: Air con pipework
Good question, don't think so, looking at these parts pics from Audi UK (so assume RHD): (side fitting driver side, bottom fitting passenger) image1.JPG And this is the car: (note front fitting pipe on driver side, side fitting on passenger. can't figure out how to rotate the pics, sorry) image3.JPG...

Air con pipework
I've got a broken air con system and am trying to find replacement parts. While eBay is fine for compressors/dryers I'm struggling to find the pipes. Needless to say dealer prices are uneconomical. Does anyone have suggestions on where to find the air con pipework, or know if the pipes of any other ...

Re: Spongy brake pedal - after new pads and disk
Tried the double pump of the break pedal, definitely a lot firmer on the second press like how it should be the whole time. Going to try bleeding the ABS pump to see it that sorts it.

Re: Spongy brake pedal - after new pads and disk
Thanks, that's helpful. Will test the second brake application feel. They say they've vacuum bled it, but not sure the process above was followed, will check. Want to rule out everything before have to start stripping/returning calipers. Should the pad bedding in make a big difference to the brake f...

Spongy brake pedal - after new pads and disk
Hi, Recently purchased an RS4 which was in need of new brakes all round (factored in to the price) and I had put long pedal travel and spongy feel down to lack pad/disk material. Just had new disks and pads put on, but despite the garage (audi Indy) bleeding the system about 4 times the long pedal t...

Sticky clutch - pipe part number
Hi, Just bought my first RS, a 2006 RS4 in sprit blue on 77k. It seems to be suffering from most of the usual issues which are well covered on this forum and elsewhere, and I'm on the case getting those sorted. Where I'm getting stuck (pun intended) is the "sticky clutch pepal" issue. There are lots...
