Okay update on this. Finally got the car looked at and new gearbox needed, parts on back order from Germany so still have to wait a couple of weeks for them to arrive. Audi have approved the works under the warranty though so very glad I have that in place as otherwise would have been very expansive...

As it was a 2013 car unfortunately it’s just how it is. Tbh I actually rarely use the SIM card and just put it in for longer journeys for traffic updates etc, so it’s less of an issue.

They have one set, other set in the car! So need to get access and change all the keys. I thought it may take some time, whole thing is ridiculous and infuriating

East London it happened - last year they tried to burgle me when I had an m3, now it’s a car jacking. I think lesson learnt about having a nice car around here.
