@asianpanda I got rid of the milltek as got a bit sick of the noises it was making. Put an Akra on a few months back and much better system. Certainly not as loud but much better. Deeper tone and definately improves the drive. Love the long distances in the RS6. Regular do Midlands to munich and it ...

2weeks and over 2000km. Very wet and muddy week in devon ploughing the muddy lanes and round trip to The Netherlands and A quick pit stop in Brugges for quite a few Duvels !!

Ran milltek for 18 months. Sounds good on overun. Lots of pops. But the squeaking from the valves was garbage. Changed back to oem audi valves. No better. The design must be wrong somewhere. So got so sick of the mice in the back box !! Found an Akrapovic from a 6k mile car. The difference is night ...

Mine sounds the same !! Strange chirping noise on overun. I have sprayed copious amounts of every lubricant known to man but to no avail. Stripped it back last week to change the milltek actuators to the audi ones from sports exhaust, and checked the valves at the time. They dont seem to close fully...

I came from a B5 into RS6 ownership. The B5 is a softer proposition but with 600bhp / 800nm (? If i remember correct) and 205mph top speed its a worthy steed !
