I will ask them to replace with second hand seats for 2-3k and not write it off. See if that flies. I don't want it Cat C'd for all the reasons you mention. I know the car and she's mechanically perfect

Thanks for all your support - yes car was towed away as I informed the insurance. They defo want to write it off and are offering it back to me at 45% of the insured valued, and I have to get it repaired. As I know my car and it's in perfect nick, I can get some seats but the other damage is expensi...

As I just posted, my seats were stolen and insurance wants to write it off as Cat C as replacement parts come to 12k or so. Has anyone bought one back in similar condition from insurance? Or for parts? I'm interested in what this should cost. Thanks

My seats were stolen last week in Wandsworth. Does anyone have a pair for sale please? While I'm on here, I have the used front discs I changed just before Christmas - would suit track day. They are lipped and still have wear in them.

I had TRW pads fitted along with new Brembo front discs last November. They seem fine, don't squeak, can't feel any difference from the pagids. I now have the old worn front discs for sale which would suit a track day

Yes it just happened in Wandsworth- seats were stolen from my B7 RS4 and inside quite badly damaged, e.g. door cards, where they scraped them out. Does anyone have 2 front buckets for sale please? Thanks.
