That's my concern aswel. It's a bit of a shame as the car seems a nice low owner example. It's not too far from me so will view it anyway.

Ideally looking for low miles (<80k), mrc stage 2 (or equivalent) and full audi/mrc or equivalent service history.
Oil seal and coolant pipes done would be great as well

And no I didn't make that report up to put people off. I was planning on bidding on the car and spent £200 on the inspection as i didn't want to spend so much on a car unseen.
The car was also hpi clear

Yes it was the same car. I was as shocked as you.
I had a full inspection performed on monday which found the faults.
The auction house were informed and were not interested.
