Re: Air con boys.

Mine was the pump that had failed, it’s driven via a shaft that runs through the block and from memory the engine has to be lowered slightly to get it out, my mechanic said it was fun :biggrin3:

£1600 roughly from memory

I’d like to know this too, remember seeing something before about Mobile locksmiths doing them for around £125 all in and Audi charging £175

Phaeton rear discs straight fit?

Hi all,

Can anyone confirm phaeton W12 rear discs are a straight swap for oem B7 RS4 rear discs? I appreciate they aren’t drilled but at £65 a side before the usual bullshit euro car parts it’s hard to ignore the savings

Thanks in advance

Re: Anyone claimed on Audi 12 year warranty for blisters on arch?

Don’t waste your time mate unless your friendly with the dealership, wouldn’t entertain mine even though it was clearly coming from underneath the folded seam on the front of the bonnet. Customer services were no more help

Re: Anyone had a Revo stage 1 remap?

I had real stage 1 on my Ibiza Cupra back in the day and whilst it got off to a slow start and the car took a while to adapt the end result was awesome with a big slab of low town torque being there style. I’ll probably end up using MRC myself as they seem to be the ones to go to with RS’s but that’...

Re: B7 Coil packs and a couple of random bits

Were the coil packs swapped to chase a misfire? If so did it cure it and so there’s a potentially faulty coilpack(s) in that set?

Looks incredible mate. Would love to see a bolt on sensibily priced kit for the B7 though, rear mount seems to be the way to go

Re: single turbo rs4 efr 91/80

I'm actually a little disappointed, whilst I appreciate it's a project car I think this model is dying out for a reasonably priced turbo kit, I'd of love to of seen more development of a twin charged rear turbo mount option, YouTube tells you Americans are mad for it and it looks like a viable option

Re: Headlight re-alignment after lowering?

Flicking is normally bulbs on its way out as Faisal has said. Normally a good idea to replace them both as typically if one is going the other won't be far behind and it's a bumper off job to change the bulb. Osram can be had for around £100 a pair

Looks incredible mate but also looks like the bonnet isn't going to fit? Can you put some pics of the build? Can't see the manifold etc in the video
