Re: Photobucket

So there is no way to recover these lost photos?
I am interested in this report for example viewtopic.php?f=2&t=61029

Neither Google-cache nor web.archive.org have stored it. Is there any other way to recover?

Re: F125 Switch Part Number

True.

I am preparing myself (financially) for the engine-out, but I won’t do it myself (don’t have the tools, don’t trust my hands), and for sure I’ll go with the original sensor. But it was interesting to notice this.

But what about this 01V 919 821 B?
It fits Passat 2.2 (sorry for mentioning here) and it’s 1/4 the price.

Is it only different in the connector?
The main part looks the same...

Re: RS6 Plus C5 misfiring and misbehaving

i had similar issues and it turned out it was one of the spark plugs and a coil, also carefully inspect the coils harness, they tend to crack at this age and you'll get a short to ground which doesn't comes up on vcds... If there's an issue with one psark plug and/or one ignition coil, the computer...

Re: RS6 Plus C5 misfiring and misbehaving

I don't know for sure about the mapping... ( Is there a way to find out?

Tried driving with fuel filler cap off. No difference.

Noticed that the engine wakes up more often when fully warmed up. So first 5-10 minutes of driving it shows poorer performance, and then it gets a bit better...

Re: RS6 Plus C5 misfiring and misbehaving

Sorry.... I read "petrol filter cap" instead of "filler". My bad.. =) Will try that! For the overboosting - but the SPECIFIED and ACTUAL boost match almost everywhere (except low RPMs). So it will not show errors on that. On Idle run the boost shows 1000mbar and at full load it's up to 2000mbar, so ...

Re: RS6 Plus C5 misfiring and misbehaving

Does it do it if you drive with the petrol filler cap off? Pardon? The boost graphs look OK. If it was overboosting you'd expect a DTC, unless it was coded out. How reliable is the tuner who did the map? This one I din't get either.. Do you think it's been tuned? I wasn't told anything like that an...

RS6 Plus C5 misfiring and misbehaving

Hi everybody! I've recently bought an RS6plus with the engine misbehaving... I knew what i was buying and being previously an owner of 80, 100, V8, S8(D2), A6(C5,2.7tt), A8(D3) I am quite familiar (at least in general terms) with how it all works. But still - it turns out, I need your help! So here ...

Re: Fuel pump options A6 - S6 - RS6

My engine keeps misfiring... The mixture is obviously wrong. On neutral gear when you hit full throttle from idle it misfires alot. Then while driving it feels like something is holding the car from going full-power. Something is holding her. And she drives better at half-throttle than at kick-down....
