Re warranty I personally would not buy a car from Audi main dealer that does not come with a years approved used warranty with no excess. That's a lot of money, 52000 miles is pretty hight.
If you are planning on an extended warranty,Audi's extended one will not be cheap to add if it's not on an approved used warranty to start with.
