Re: Stone chip resurrection
I would cover the full front in film, not just the front part of the bonnet as you'll be kicking yourself if you get a stone chip further up near the scuttle. Also worth doing the a-pillars for what it costs extra.

Re: Wheel vibration 50-60mph
A free way to rule out the balancing is to rotate your wheels from front to back. If the problem persists then it's probably suspension or brake disc related. If it stops then your front wheels will need balancing.

Millers NanoDrive 5w/40 http://www.opieoils.co.uk/p-73732-millers-oils-nanodrive-cfs-5w-40-nt-full-synthetic-engine-oil.aspx Tested it in a few high performance cars now and it's the best oil out there in my opinion. Re: Starter relay location
Thanks, bought a service kit for it today from TPS and a relay, I'll give that a try and see, it's a strange one but the relay wasn't much so it's worth trying the simple options first.

Re: Original Battery?
Depending on the Ctek unit you have, most are just designed to maintain the battery and not bring them back to life, if your Ctek unit is a proper charger as opposed to a trickle charger/conditioner it should be upto the job. If not the battery would benefit from a proper recharge to bring it back t...

Was a fan of Goodyear F1s for a long time until I tried Michelin Pilot Supersports, now converted!

Re: Starter relay location
Been having the same problem with mine, I think the cold weather does affect it.
Good to see the replacement starters aren't a fortune!
