Re: C8 RS6 Configurator is live guys..

I am a previous RS6 C7 owner who just recently moved back to Sweden. After reading this thread I had a play around on the Swedish configurator, and here they are offering one base configuration and then you can add all options individually (as one would expect). Re: Genuine Audi RS6 20” winter wheel and tyre set

Well, I bought them to be able to drive to Sweden, and I rather put function before form when it comes to winter tyres and the performance.

They might not look as aggressive as the standard 20” concave version, but they aren’t terrible.

Re: Replacement tyre when part worn

I'd rather have the better tyres at the front to make sure I can stop when needed. Each to their own of course. Here are some useful links if you wish to read upon the matter. https://www.continental-tyres.co.uk/car/technology/tyre-knowledge/tirelexicon-3-0/tirelexikon-3-7 https://kumhotyre.co.uk/k...

Re: Replacement tyre when part worn

Sounds like a plan, but I would put your new tyres on the front - most of the braking and all of the steering input is through the front, so that's where you need maximum grip. Dave The old rules states that you always want the best tyres at the back, for stability and security. Maybe not so notice...

Re: Stop start - rough restart issue

I have the same issue. I reported it to the Audi centre where I bought the car. It is a difficult issue to show to the technician as it is, as you say, intermittent. What they did to my car was a reset of the gearbox. This resolved the issue for a couple of months, but it appeared again a couple of ...

Re: Forward Facing Car Seats

Below 4 years old, a toddlers neck is not strong enough in relation to the weight of their head in the event of a crash. We use this seat which you can use both rearward and forward f...
