You can do it without a pc easy enough you just have to remove the motor for the hand break and wind it in manually,

Anyone changed there own front brake pads before?
Hi just wondering if anyone has changed there own front break pads please? I've changed plenty of brake pads on other cars i was just wondering if there was anything to lookout for before i start thanks.

you can disconnect the motor and wind them back in and then connect the motor back up its not a big job if you don't have access to VCDS

I paid just over £1100 pound for my 40k mile service but no break pads to change.

Hi my car is a 2015 RS6 and its done 35k it tells me i need a oil change in 21 days or 3000 miles and a inspection service in 260 odd days or 3000 miles i rang Carlisle Audi for a price and they came back with £446 for the oil change and £1237 for an oil change and the spark plugs and pollen filter ...

Theres no affect on your warranty doing your own discs and pads using approved parts

Found it thanks the manual isn't very clear and that tray dent look like its supposed to lift out at first look.

Thanks I've got nothing under there other than the tyre compressor. i can't find a photo online of what should be there to go back to my dealer with.

Hi I've only had my car 3 weeks or so and have booked it in to get detailed but i can't find the locking wheel nut anywhere. should it be under the boot floor or in the side panel? i don't seem to have a jack or any tools either!! could someone send me a pic of what should be there so i can go back ...

Vehicle Spec from the VIN number
Hi i've been lurking on here a long time to do my research on C7 RS6's and I'm about ready to pull the trigger on a FL car but its at a BMW garage so i was wondering if theres a way to find out the full vehicle spec from the vin number online.
