Cheers,
Hey, I’m pretty certain it’s vinyl wrapped. Bought for my old RS6 but never fitted it.

Re: Getting closer !

I am currently using Churchill, I will not be as of September. Appalling for changes to policy, Charge you for everything so if you have a few cars and change them it adds up fast. I changed job this year. They wanted to bill me £40 for changing the role I was in. I never even thought to tell them ...

Re: Getting closer !

My insurance is <£400 but do recall a tick box saying car valued under £75k, which mine is. However, same insurance company wanted a tracker fitted to the wife's Q3 if I wanted a two car discount!!! Must be something to do with types of car that are more likely to be stolen in specific areas.....but...

Re: A series of Faults just appeared, look familiar?

I got most of these faults when I was trying to hard wire a dash cam into driver side fuse box. Maybe check the fuses? Loose earth or something maybe.

Re: Dealer rating; please score :-( 1 to 10 :-)

Aberdeen Audi- three cars 10/10 Customer care for me is exceptional. Great deal on trade in of RS4 B8 for my FL C7 with free tyre and alloy insurance, free gap insurance (not required but helps with their commission), few other little perks. Wife's car fitted sat-nav for free and threw in child and ...

That's the price i got as well which I thought was pretty decent. Rolling road and specific to your car.

Re: Booked in for MRC remap

Interested to hear about this as well. I asked about details for stage 1 and considering they do it on a rallying road I got what in thought was a very reasonable price. I think their reputation goes before them. Just undecided as to whether remap is justified given it already goes like stink! I kno...

Re: Removing my carbon grille etc if anyone is interested?

Makes for very interesting reading as when I got my C7 I was looking/listening to different exhausts on YouTube and manufacturer sites. Akra is by far my favourite sounding exhaust and would tend to agree with what you say about it, from what I would perceive it to sound like. But, no way am I payin...

Re: Torque steer

I feel the car correcting itself a lot but doesn't seem to require actual manipulation of steering, or hardly any at all, to maintain straight line. RS4 is much better but it tramlines like hell! RS6 doesn't seem to tramline so much thank goodness!

Re: Wanted - C7 RS6 rear diffuser

Nightmare! I'm in Aberdeen and was waiting for a used carbon diffuser but the guy dropped and broke it! Not sure when I'll find another used one but mine will be up for grabs when it does get replaced. Bit reluctant to buy brand new one...... Tight a***d Scotsman I guess!! Oh, and a new born sprog a...
