I just replaced the alcantara on my front seats as they looked so worn and dirty. See my recent thread for details.

best colour too! Black interior will be much easier to maintain than the silver, too.

The workshop was once someone else's band practice room and as such has double plasterboard and insulation all round and yes, some very oily carpet on the floor. I had to get the thing from my workshop to a trailer, and nobody was around to help. MAF is a common issue, and could easily produce the 3rd error too. Easy fix, if not that cheap.

Wrapping this thread up now. Got the seats back yesterday and fitted them. There is a trick to getting the front of the seat locked into the right position for the bolts. You send the seat all the way back and then you HAVE to send it fwd a couple of inches, to allow the front part to slide home. Ca...

Send the seat forwards and prise off the plastic covers at the rear of the seat rails. Pull out at the base and then wiggle a bit, or push a flathead driver down between the cove...
