Re: PiperCross or K&N air filters.. Which is better for my c

I've had BMC filters before, they're almost identical to the K&N. I had a call with someone that has a set of K&N air filters in his c5 rs6 for some time now (few years). He's not had any issues. In theory the MAF will only have issues if the filter is over oiled... The access oil will be sucked in,...

Re: Bluetooth music options?

From what I recall, yes it worked. BTW: The pain of the Audi c6 is that it has fiber optics for the audio.

Re: PiperCross or K&N air filters.. Which is better for my c

I agree the filtration on the K&N isn't all that grand. I guess I should have waited and bought the ITGs.

Re: PiperCross or K&N air filters.. Which is better for my c

Pointless discussion now. The foam filter should filter better than the K&N, but unfortunately it doesn't fit as well. In fact the fitment is so poor that I've had to stick to the K&N.

Re: Bluetooth music options?

Yes, you can. I had it in my a6 c6 alongside the factory bluetooth. I connected my phone to the Audi bluetooth for steering controls. iPod connected to dension gw for media, or kids connected their phone to the dension for Spotify media streaming. One phone can connect to only one bluetooth device a...

PiperCross or K&N air filters.. Which is better for my c5 RS6?

I need your input and advice. Received my performance air filters from EuroParts (UK) today. Ordered two sets because there was a significant price difference between the K&N and the other brand which was not named. What's arrived is a set of PiperCross foam filters :) along with the K&N set. There ...

Re: Audi S/RS Flat Bottom Steering Wheels with Shifting Padd

How much for one that fits and works in a c5 rs6. I think I have to stick to single stage airbag unit.

Cheers,
Zak

Re: Hi All. Bought me a c5 RS6

Conti Extreme Contact Tyres... Not impressed... Or I need to adjust the dampening.

4:1 Ratio.. Will that be a crown wheel and pinion 'swap out'? To both diffs?

Re: Hi All. Bought me a c5 RS6

Thanks, I shall post pics soon.. By Sunday at least.

I may have such a petrol head in my vicinity. I'm told pre-cat out makes a very noticeable difference.

Any thoughts on remaps?

Also, I find the understeer hell to deal with these power/torque levels. Any thoughts on that?

Re: Hi All. Bought me a c5 RS6

Thanks for taking the time to read the post. I've added the carriage returns in sometimes random places to create paragraphs. I didn't intend to write such a long message. I hope to receive some comments and advice about my plans for the vehicle.
