Re: Wheel Spacer Advise
Tyres at the minute are Avons rear, Conti's front 7mm tread ish all round. Dont blame me for the mismatch, I've only just bought the car. Tyre choice will be Pilot Sports, after I have worn these down. I'm wanting to improve the stance with the spacers, but don't want to create a rub issue, as I dri...

Wheel Spacer Advise
Hi
As per title. I have a standard RS4 B7 Avante with sports suspension plus. What spacers can I use without any risk of rubbing?
Any suggestions of which brands work best would be great too.
Thanks
Ivan

This is my second RS4 Avant. I won't make the mistake of selling this one, its staying with me for a while.

Valuation and private sale advice
Unfortunately i have to sell my RS4, to help fund the purchase of a business. Not going to be easy to let it go. Firstly advice needed regarding private sale of an RS4, i'm concerned that I may get messed around with a private sale, due to the appeal of this sort of car, but also the value. What hav...

Aux Rad Part Number Please
Hi Looks like I'm starting with an Weeping Aux Rad. I'm going to replace both at the same time, but getting conflicting part numbers (differing last letter of part number) What is the correct number please> The car is on a 56 plate, but sure that makes no odds. Also pointers to best places to buy pl...

Remote Key Help
OK I'm back again. Got the DRC repaired monday, had a 60K service done as well with Audi. Collected the car tonight and the remote key will not work. It was obviously working when the car went in. As I collected the car late on this evening there were no techs about. The service guy has put a new ba...

Re: New RS4 Ownership going badly, help please
This gets better. He is refusing to repair at all. He is trying to bully me in to a refund, but refuses to cover the associated losses which he is legally bound to cover. He wants to collect friday. I've not asked for a refund, and don't want one, I want the car repaired. Please bear in mind they ha...

Re: New RS4 Ownership going badly, help please
Bit of an update today.
Car has been to Audi, OSF+NSR system was 1.2 bar, with both shocks leaking. At least this diagnoses the fault for sure. Now to see what the garage are willing to do, the ball is currently in their court.
Fingers crossed they may come good in the end
Ivan

Re: New RS4 Ownership going badly, help please
It is indeed that car. No I never really wanted the buckets, as primarily it is our family car, and they take up more space. I've been looking round at what else is on offer for the same money if I have to return this one. TBH honest there is only one that catches my eye, looks in stunning condition...

Re: New RS4 Ownership going badly, help please
I dont want to name and shame yet, until I get the outcome. However there aren't many sprint blue avants with low milage for sale at the minute  I may be new to the forum, but as a previous owner of a V6 Clio, I fully understand how important forums are like this are, so at the minute I am sti...

Re: New RS4 Ownership going badly, help please
Thanks for the replies. The car is in great condition, other than the knocking. I could not live with the knocking how it is. Its very apparent for the fist 10 minutes of driving every day, and then COMPLETELY STOPS. Like others have said 3 owners isn't bad, its just on top of other issues with the ...
