Re: Anyone know this car? B7 RS4 AVANT PH Advert

If that is genuine then it a serious bargain... If I was looking I would be all over that car immediately.. You need to act fast with cars like these.. You snooze you lose... You can always buy it from a dealer after a wash and vac for 25-26k next week lol.

Re: Buying advise and what are the "must haves"?

If I was buying now (10 months afer buying mine) ,I would have on my must have/to do list. 1, Buckets 2, Flat bottom wheel 3, Probably most important... a fully stamped SH preferably with lots of receipts. 4, A car from a forum member if at all possible ( as these guys really know the cars, unlike a...

Re: Brake Pads

Also check out the Ferodo premier pads.. I have recently had them fitted along with new discs and they are fantastic.. without giving off abrasive dust that is difficult to clean and can cause damage to discs. Gave them a test around the Evo triangle last weekend and was very very impressed.

Re: Wanted B7 RS4 Cabriolet

I made the move from CSL to B7 RS4 saloon last December.. As fantastic as the CSL was it was never great as a daily driver (which I was eventually using it for) Had 2 x fantastic euro trips in it which will stay with me forever, truly awesome car, However after 4 x various M3's and an M5 I made the ...

Re: RS4 Saloon or Avant with 2 Young Kids?

I have a saloon which I absolutely love.. But still think the Avant looks soo much more aggressive.. Saw a black one driving past us at the weekend and it looked fantastic.. To the point where I almost went back on Pistonheads and started searching for one lol.. Whichever one you choose you won't be...

E46 will be an anti-climax, E92 is where you'd want to be coming from an RS4. ^^^^ This for sure.. Great as the Std E46 M3 is.. It will be big a step down from the RS4.. You are probably aware of this but it won't do any harm to mention it.. Good luck with the sale lovely looking car you have there.

Re: Dropped the RS to the pros

Wow.. took my RS4 to MRC yesterday for a stage 2 re-map.. The car was de-coked last month at unit 20 so that wasn't needed.. Strangely enough it turned out a previous owner had had a poor attempt at a re-map and the car was actually running worse than it would of been without this poor map IE it pro...
