That's very interesting. I have just swapped my summer Conti to Michelin. Still early days, but Michelin is a lot noisier so far at low speed

Re: Oil-faulty sensor or else?
Light came on again. Luckily I was nearby a very nice dealer -for a change- who found out the stealer who did the service put too much oil. Was v surprised when he said much better for these cars not to have too much oil

Oil-faulty sensor or else?
Did any of you have had the following problem. Jus did an oil service about 2 k miles and for the second time tonight I got the "too much oil" warning come up? It came a few weeks but then disappeared by the end of my journey. Am now 400 miles from home on a Saturday which isn't ideal... Any thought...

Re: Winter Wheels and Tyres
I have the winter alloys and tires. Kind of nice to have sthg oem. Was part of my nego when I bought the car. Would have pained to pay the sums indicated above. Grip is much much less on winter tires as one should expect. On the positive side, switching for winter saves on the uber expensive summer ...

Exactly. That's my point. It is a gizmo not worthy of a high end car

Re: Retro fit 2015 indicators / turn signals
well said. And fully agreed. Ihave no problem admitting that i prefer the later model when i do but in this case i think the headlights look much better, meaner and cooler in the pre FL. The rear headlights look probably better in the FL not tht much for sweeping indicators which is nice but in mind...

dealer around Geneva-any tips?
Just curious if any of the forum members might have lived in the Geneva area and had had any experience with Geneva audi dealer or any other one nearby. Service due shortly and am not back in the UK for a while so any input would be great

Have original winter alloy and tires. They're 245/40 indeed. Pretty good on wet and snow. Never needed to put chains on.

Re: Getting cold feet...
i debated very long and hard between the two before going for C7. Main draws for me ended up being teh interior on the C7. Much higher spec level, C6 feels dated and that will only get worse and many more gizmos on the c7. Lastly over the long run the consumption was an issue for me as i know it wou...
