Just an update - Went into the garage yesterday morning. Needs both nearside shocks and 2 flexi pipes. The warranty company has agreed to cover both shocks, and the recharge of the DRC system at something like £870 inc VAT. They don't cover the flexi pipes so I'm having to pay for them at around £11...

I'll try them if there are any problems with Swift as I'm all booked in now and going away tonight until the RS4 is due to go to them. Dropped it at Kwik fit just to diagnose so I can see if the warranty will cover it, though if its the shocks it should be covered. DRC is more complex than normal shocks and needs specialist equipment to re-pressurise the system, not many Audi specialists have the equipment so I don't expect KwikFi...
