Re: Not good value for money

Would you be able to give me the part number as I'm after a pair (thanks to a bmw driver drifting over the White line whilst on his mobile, cracking mine and my windscreen :bash: )
Also does anybody know for sure what other models use the same fog lights?

Re: RS4 (B7) Avant Owners Manual

I did the same thing when I bought my avant was to excited and only had the stereo manual and s/h. The only place to get them new is the main dealers. Iim sure it was much cheaper than the one that's £60 on eBay.

Re: Failed MOT (emissions)

Try taking it for a hard drive (hi revs) for half hour before trying again. I found these cars suffer from exhausts coking up if not driven hard every now and then. Also the cats need to be nice and hot otherwise they are not working as efficiently.

Headlight ballast

Hi guys.
Could anyone tell me where the headlight ballasts are? I think ones on its way out, drivers side headlight keeps dying, but works again when I turn the lights on and off, it's intermittent and seems to be worse in the cold. Tried new bulbs but still doing it.

Re: Remote Key Help

If it just the remote central locking not working, it tells you how to do it in the owners manual how to pair the key fob after replacing the battery. I can't remember the exact sequence but it's very easy to do I did it recently when I put a new battery in my remote.

Re: Many DIYers on board?

Audi supply all the manifold parts other than that. I'm pretty heavy handed at times he se the breakage. Yeah they are made of plastic and apparently get brittle with age. It is quite a long job the first time you do it, so make sure you give yourself plenty of time. You need to get a pair of intake...
