Hi all, anyone know a supplier for the front bumper cover? I haven't tried Audi yet, either new or a1 used.

Haha, nice one! ....... No, I haven't left the stalk up, the only way to turn the lights off is to disconnect the battery, I've had to take the front bulb out to stop it draining the battery, it's probably a random fault, I was hoping someone had experienced it before.

Hi all, the off side side lights on my c5 are on all the time, is this a symptom of some thing specific , or just a random fault? Cheers .

Hi all, went to car this morn, pressed key fob, slight click, than dead, still locked. The battery is fine, and there's power to the starter on the heavy lead but nothing on any electrical system, is there a master fuse and where is it please. Cheers. Chris. Sorry , it's an rs6 c5 02 plate

Haha, sorry shopinit, I thought that was a wind up, so I didn't try it til today. 10 secs up, 10 secs down, cured it!!! Thanks a lot mate. I will never again doubt the wisdom of the forum!!

Hi all, I just changed the n/s front window mechanism, now, when I close it window, when it's nearly shut it lowers 100mm, it's like a safety system is acting but out of sync with the window position, can this be re set, or have I done a schoolboy on the install? Cheers.

I've just bought a neglected RS, one of the problems was a leaking gearbox oil cooler, to get some movement in the car I fitted an aftermarket 13 row oil cooler, had some pipes made and mounted it in front of the rad off the steel crossmember, not ideal because it's not thermostatically controlled, ...

141k, drc ok, box is ok, engine needs t-chains, needs oil cooler, no history, it's been neglected!! I shouldn't have bought it, but someone had to save it!!

Cheers for the welcome guys, it seems my ally oil cooler has crumbled where the hoses enter, ( common fault? ) I also need cam chain adjusters ( rattle on cold start) so I will get them all done at once when I'm ready, my question is how important is the cooler? I'm going to by pass it where the hos...

Scratch that, it's the union into the bottom of the cooler, just in front of the p/s pump? Looking at past posts it looks like a common problem

Hi all, I just bought a 2003 rs6 with issues, the worst one is its losing trans fluid, dripping off the bottom of the radiator n/side, it's not p/s fluid, the levels not dropping, before I start to strip the engine, are there any known weak points in the oil cooler circuit in this area? ( I'm hoping...
