Re: Dyno Log..opinions welcomed
I was going to say I'm pretty sure MRC can map remotely or at the very least can accept the ECU by post, map it and send it back to you. Hopefully the JHM map will suffice and give you what you need though. Have alrady talked to MRC and declined to remotely map the car or even receive the ECUs for ...

That would be my first port of call, second would be to check/test all the vacuum system making sure all the manifold flaps are working as they should. Did test with VCDS the vacuum of the intake manifold and the exhaust, etc. and found no apparent issues as the arms of the intake moved fine, the e...

Re: Dyno Log..opinions welcomed
Your lambda and timing readings are retarding, more so at high rpm. I would suggest that is good point to investigate your missing power, no CEL doesn't mean the car is healthy - it just means that the cars ECU can adjust parameters to meet manufacturer tolerance. Once it falls outside of the set t...

No. I asked them this morning whether they did use spacers and he said no. And despite not using spacers, no CEL light yet.
How this affects the torque?

Re: 3,000 to 8,000 3rd gear test,
Guys, how one can log this test with VCDS?
I am familiar with their "acceleration" interface but it measures distance and/or speed, but no rpm thresholds.
Appreciated if one could elaborate please.

Re: Piggie Pipes (...what is this?????)
I always thought - by mistake obviously - they had the honeycomb material. I removed them and the strange thing is that i have not a CEL light. I have driven it for a couple of days now in mostly small distances but no light at all. I have neither added spacers on the O2 sensors nor moved them furth...

To remove I used a drill to help break it up and then pulled out in bits.
Thanks for the tip. Had no idea.
